All of our shipping fees are fixed and not estimated and when actual shipping charges vary we will carry the overhead. Certain product lines are shipped free of charge and when bought an option of Free Delivery will appear in your choice of shipping methods.
From the date of shipment all orders to main centres excluding those shipped free of charge will be delivered by 10:30am the next day. Regional and Intercoast deliveries, again excluding those shipped free of charge, may take up to 3 days. However all shipments are tracked and monitored by us and on request we can provide you with a Tracking No. which will enable you to monitor your shipment yourself on-line.
When an order is delivered to the nearest Postnet outlet you will be contacted telephonically by them to let you know that your parcel has arrived.
